1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using any website template or related digital product (the "Template(s)") from Legacyx Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Templates.

2. Digital Product Use and License
2.1 Grant of License
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Template under the conditions described herein.

2.2 Template Use (Single-Use License)
Personal/Business Use: The purchase of a Template grants a license for one (1) single-use installation on one (1) Showit subscription for one (1) final website (either for your own business or for a single client project).

Modifications: You are permitted to modify the Template to fit your branding and content needs.

2.3 Prohibited Uses (What You Cannot Do)
Resale/Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share, or transfer the Template, or any part of it, to any third party for free or for sale.

Derivative Products: You may not use the Template (in whole or in part) to create any new product for sale or distribution (e.g., a theme, another template, or a starter site).

Sharing Access: You may not share your Template file or access to the Showit design with anyone who has not purchased their own license.

Multiple Sites: You may not install a single purchased Template on multiple different websites (i.e., you must purchase a separate license for each new website).

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership
3.1 Ownership
We retain all copyright, title, and ownership of the original Template design, code, graphics, and elements. This license is for use, not ownership.

3.2 Template Imagery and Fonts
Placeholder Content: The images and text in the Template are placeholder content only.

Image Rights: You are responsible for replacing all placeholder images with your own photos or licensed stock photography. You must not use our original demo images on your final website unless you have purchased the appropriate license for them separately.

Font Licensing: You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct licensing for any custom fonts you choose to use on your final website.

4. Third-Party Software and Services
Showit Subscription: Our Templates require an active, paid Showit subscription for hosting and editing. This is a separate service, and these Terms do not cover your agreement with Showit.

Other Integrations: We are not responsible for the functionality or terms of use for any third-party tools or integrations you connect to the Template (e.g., e-commerce platforms, email service providers).

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the Templates (instant, non-tangible goods), all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you are familiar with the Showit platform before purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Templates are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Templates will be compatible with all operating systems, web browsers, or third-party integrations, or that they will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Legacy Brand LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Templates, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota and United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Templates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
